The main question is what's your goal? Do you want to build strength, endurance, strengthen your core, or burn fat?

Exercise does burn calories but if you want to burn fat, then you need both a healthy diet plan with exercise program customized to your needs and goals. At the end of the day, you cannot out exercise a poor diet. Remember eating the right combination of foods at the right time is what going to optimize your fat loss!
